This was one of many different patterns that I found on Harris Beach in southern Oregon. I was facinated that this beach was the only one I visited that had patterns like these.
The Great Sand Dunes NP has miles of sand & patterns that emerge everywhere.
It appears that one is to follow the path that the sands are leading you one..This was in the Bisti/De-Na-Zin Wilderness
